Introducing, My New Boudoir Studio!
If you know me, you know I LOVE interior design and decor, so I got really inspired when I decided to create a dreamy boudoir studio room in my home! Making a space feel welcoming, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing is one of my favorite things and creating an environment that my clients can feel beautiful and comfortable in during their boudoir session was really important to me! To make sure I got the best possible light for sessions in the boudoir room, we had to switch our bedroom with our extra bedroom! It was so worth it and turned out even better than I could've hoped! My inspiration for a boudoir room started with this hanging chair, and from there I knew I wanted to create a light and airy space with the dreamiest feeling.
After I had put together most of the room, I organized a styled boudoir shoot to show an example of the kind of gorgeous photos we can create in the studio. Our lovely model Bridget (who actually had never really modeled before) did such an amazing job emulating the beauty and grace I wanted to capture. She was just as nervous going into it as any other boudoir client, but here's what she had to say about the session!
"Being in front of Ellie's lense was an experience that I won't forget. I felt sexy and confident within minutes of our first shot. I think all women should do a boudoir shoot at some point in time in their lives, whether for their grooms to be or for themselves. It is a time for you to exude your own definition of feminity and sensuality from the pampering of hair and makeup to the finished product of professional photos."
