Amidst the family traditions and at least three thanksgiving dinners to go to between Spenser's family and mine, we wanted to start a new tradition, friendsgiving! Spenser rose to the challenge and cooked his first turkey for us and seven of our closest friends. It was seriously so delicious! Another love of mine besides photography is decorating and styling! I thought it would be fun to style a pretty table to share a meal around. Big thanks to Laurie Garza of Fleurie Flowers for making the beautiful garland centerpiece! I am so thankful for the amazing night that friendsgiving was! We had way too much food, drank fancy cocktails made by our friend Mark, bundled up and went on a walk down Van Ness in our neighborhood, had a living room dance party and laughed till it hurt. There is so much to be thankful for, not only today but constantly.

Also, since we are talking about giving thanks, I just wanted to say thank you all for your support in my first 4 months in business as Ellie Koleen Photography. I couldn't do it without the encouragement and love from all of you! Hope you have a wonderful thanksgiving!
